Founder & CEO
Mr. Bandar Al-Nuhayr
Mr. Bandar Al-Nuhayr has nearly three decades of leadership experience across the telecommunications, banking, and financial technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive roles, including Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Majd Saudi Payments, one of the major e-wallet providers licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, and Chief Executive Officer of Raya Financing. He has also worked with six leading Saudi banks in both retail and corporate banking, contributing to the development of products and services aligned with evolving market needs and strategic objectives.
His experience extends beyond executive leadership to encompass financial sector governance. He served as Vice Chairman of the Financial Leasing Committee at the Saudi Central Bank, where he contributed to policy formulation and the oversight of institutional financing frameworks. He is also the author of “The Development of Banking Services and Retail Financing Products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” a recognized reference on the evolution of the Saudi banking sector.
